About

Lindsey Petersen is a New York-based architectural designer with over 8 years of professional experience working on projects spanning a range of scales including architecture, installations, signage and wayfinding, environmental branding, and exhibitions. Lindsey earned her Master in Architecture from the University of Michigan’s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota’s College of Design. Lindsey uses her architectural background to bring a new perspective to other design related fields in her professional work.

Lindsey is deeply interested in the way materials shape space, build brand identities, and tell stories—and she instills this curiosity about materiality into every project that she works on. Her fascination extends into her personal life as well, as she continuously fills up her small Brooklyn apartment with experiments using clay, yarn, concrete, fabric, plaster, and other materials.
